YOUR ROLE
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities for the sector of our Financial Services entity (both Insurance and Banking) and thus grow revenue by leveraging your strong business development strategies.
• Proactively identifying, qualifying and pursuing new business leads as a “hunter”, selling our offers based on different business models (Time and Material, Fixed Price Projects, Offshoring/outsourcing)
• Developing opportunities into active assignments, ensuring fulfillment of all aspects of the proposal lifecycle, by leveraging business development strategies
• Ensuring monitoring and analysis of applicable KPIs to the role (e.g. Sales, revenue, collections)
• Understanding trends and new developments in the respective field, esp. in Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, as well as in IT solutions for those sectors
• Staying engaged with the delivery & customer team through the project engagement
YOUR PROFILE
• At least 2/3 years of experience in the “hunting”, the acquisition and development of new client accounts in Financial Services sectors (Insurance and/or Banking) within consulting
• Understanding of the main technology components currently in use in the Insurance and Banking sectors
• Good command of the proposal lifecycle (from an opportunity to the project)
• Excellent salesperson attitude and mindset, ability to listen and understand client needs, Ability to influence and create relationships within client organizations
• Fluency in both English and German is required, french would be a plus
