Senior SAP xECM Consultant

We are looking for a candidate for the PBS - Package Based Services department. This is a constantly growing team of nearly 300 SAP specialists (55% developers/architects, 45% SAP consultants) working on over 40 projects for more than 20 big international clients from various industries. 

The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers. 

YOUR TASKS:

  • support of xECM for SAP SuccessFactors;
  • OTCS system upgrades and patching;
  • OTDS deployment, integration and configuration;
  • participate in planning and execution of new implementations, upgrades and patching activities;
  • participate in the advanced configuration of ECM software components system in accordance with the customer's guidelines;
  • participate in the administration of the systems, including Incident & Problem Management;
  • create concepts of new solutions and implement the changes proposed and agreed with the client;
  • experience in designing, implementing and supporting Information management solutions based on OpenText Technologies;
  • working closely with our company's international ECM team;
  • small team management/support.

YOUR PROFILE:

•    5+ years of demonstrable experience in implementing and managing OpenText eDocs Document Management systems;
•    knowledge of SAP technology in regard to xECM;
•    bachelor or advanced degree preferably related to Information Technology;
•    strong knowledge of OpenText eDocs DM architecture configurations and customizations;
•    experience in upgrading eDocs DM environment;
•    experience with eDocs API integration and development;
•    experience in implementing custom solutions using OpenText eDocs APIs to address specific business needs;
•    proficiency with XML, SOA, Object Orientation, SQL databases, network architecture;
•    very good knowledge of SOAP, REST web services and related technologies;
•    very good knowledge of Single Sign-on mechanisms and related standards;
•    strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues;
•    good communication and team player skills;
•    familiarity with document management standard methodologies and compliance regulations;
•    communicative in German (at least B2 or above);
•    knowledge and experience of the following technologies:
o    OpenText Content Suite
o    OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Solutions, Extended ECM for SalesForce, Extended ECM for SuccessFactors and Extended ECM for Office 365
o    OpenText Archiving and Document Access for SAP Solutions, SAP DMS and ArchiveLink
o    OpenText Capture Solutions and OpenText Document Generation Solutions
