They provide guidance on talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and other HR-related areas in collaboration with domain experts in these areas. Key responsibilities include analyzing workforce data, implementing strategic HR policies and programs, and supporting organizational change initiatives.

Influences other leaders and team members inside and outside own professional family in behavior and professional development areas. Has the ability to manage highly complex programs and has a solid mastery across the main areas of expertise. Has the ability to analyze complex business problems, develop creative solutions, and drive implementation is crucial. Skilled in using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
