Job Description

Physical Security Specialists are responsible to develop and implement effective strategies and measures to safeguard the physical security of buildings, facilities, and assets in close cooperation with group Security instances. It is a crucial role in preventing unauthorized access, protecting occupants and assets, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. It requires expertise in physical security systems, technologies, and best practices which are essential in assessing risks, designing security protocols, and implementing mitigation measures.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Manage the daily operations of physical security and manage a team of security personnel. Implement and enforce security policies and protocols, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and coordinate the installation and maintenance of physical security systems. This role requires a strong knowledge of physical security systems, such as access control, CCTV or intrusion systems, as well as leadership abilities to supervise and provide guidance to the security team. Play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment and ensuring the safety of occupants and assets.
