CIS is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Cyber Run to join our team to lead the Cybersecurity function in the Nordic region. Reporting to Head of Managed Services the successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the Cybersecurity team and function to ensure the smooth operations and exceptional delivery of our Security services to our clients.

THE ROLE
•    Lead and manage a team of Cyber Security Service Managers, setting clears goals and providing guidance, coaching, mentorship, and career development.
•    Ensure all engagements have implemented and maintain a Cyber Account Plan, Account Overview Pack and Statement of Applicability
•    Ensure that the Cybersecurity Delivery strategy aligns with the organization’s overall goals and objectives for Managed Services as set out by the Head of Managed Services.
•    Support the Head of Delivery Performance develop and then execute the Cybersecurity Delivery strategies to meet and exceed client expectations.
•    Define Cybersecurity Delivery performance and operational metrics and ensure these are measured with Service level agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to understand service delivery effectiveness and quality. 
•    Act as the primary point of escalation for Cybersecurity delivery performance and service-related issues related to Managed Services and ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
•    Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or cross-sell relevant portfolio offerings to existing clients to drive add-on sales and growth opportunities by the Cybersecurity Delivery team.
•    Ensure effective use of automation & AI to drive process efficiency and streamlining, to automate and modernise repetitive and manual processes and tasks within the Cybersecurity delivery workflow to reduce operational overhead.
•    Ensure clients' compliance with industry standards and regulations by implementing robust cybersecurity controls and processes.
•    Implement best practices, industry standards and technology solutions to enhance Cybersecurity efficiency and quality.
•    Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to meet demands and maintain a cost-effective Cybersecurity delivery model.

YOUR PROFILE
•    Proven experience in managing cybersecurity service delivery in a managed services environment, relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) is a plus.
•    Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, trends, and best practices.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
•    Proficient in risk management, compliance, and incident response procedures.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
