TA Business Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will:

• Understand business strategy and consult with key stakeholders to support full cycle recruitment of consultants in our teams across China. This will be across the junior and senior levels.
• Manage all recruiting activity, fully support across several Business Units; Stakeholders include, individual Hiring Managers & Department Leaders, HR counterparts and all candidates;
• Actively build up recruitment pipeline by using multiple channels including online portals, agencies, Universities and other techniques etc.,
• Create innovative hiring strategies to engage local candidates; pre- screen CVs and evaluate potential candidates before sending to business team;
• Coordinate between both internal and external parties to organize interviews, collect interview feedback and push forward next steps to quickly onboard qualified candidates;
• Facilitate cross-region recruitment assets exchange; work closely with Europe and APAC HR community to engage other recruitment related activities; we are a community and we succeed and tackle challenges together
• Act as a brand ambassador when representing Capgemini Invent and job opportunities in the external market.

• Somebody who takes the work but not themselves too seriouslyBachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
• Minimum of three years of recruitment experience working in a fast–paced organization;
• Experience working in the consulting, automotive, digital industry is a plus
• Strong experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other recruitment tools and methods to track and manage candidates;
• Excellent command of English
