Lead HR Business Partner

Job Description

HR Business Partners are responsible for providing HR-related advice and support to managers and other stakeholders across the organization. They collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and programs to support managers and their teams. Key responsibilities include collaborating on workforce planning and analysis, implementing talent management strategies, and managing or supporting HR-related projects and initiatives.

Responsible for delivering projects and leading project teamsorstreams and building strong relationships with stakeholders, or are known for domain expertise. Ability to lead and manage organizational change initiatives effectively. Capability to collaborate with cross functional teams and build consensus for decision making. Aptitude for analyzing complex situations, evaluating alternatives, and making sound decisions in a timely manner.
