Enterprise HR & People Transformation
- Lead enterprise‑wide, multi‑year HR transformation programs across regions and business units.
- Define and implement global HR operating models aligned with business strategy and scalable growth.
- Standardize core HR and Talent Acquisition processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Drive digital HR transformation through platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Phenom, and integrated HR ecosystems.
- Embed automation, analytics, and AI‑enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, quality, and decision‑making.
M&A Integration & Organizational Transformation
- Lead HR integration workstreams for global mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Harmonize HR policies, processes, systems, and talent frameworks post‑merger.
- Drive workforce restructuring and organizational redesign initiatives.
- Ensure change initiatives are executed with transparency, fairness, and strong employee experience focus.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership during high‑risk transformation scenarios.
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Define and execute global workforce and talent strategies aligned with long‑term business needs.
- Lead workforce planning, capability development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Shape and embed a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to strengthen employer brand and retention.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within talent and workforce strategies.
- Use data, analytics, and insights to inform strategic talent decisions.
Leadership, Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Group HR, Business Leaders, Global Operations, and Technology teams.
- Establish governance frameworks, decision models, and transformation controls.
- Drive structured change management and adoption to ensure sustainable outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior HR leaders and cross‑functional teams across regions.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders at executive and board level.
