YOUR PROJECT

We are looking for a candidate for the PBS - Package Based Services department. This is a constantly growing team of nearly 300 SAP specialists (55% developers/architects, 45% SAP consultants) working on over 40 projects for more than 20 big international clients from various industries. 

The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems. Our architects and senior consultants participate in the bidding process and the design of IT solutions for our customers. 

YOUR TASKS

• SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation Stream Lead effectively drives the transformation efforts, aligns them with business objectives, and delivers value to the organization;
• lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP S/4HANA finance transformation projects;
• communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, finance teams, IT departments, and external vendors;
• responsible for configuration, customization, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA finance modules;
• identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

YOUR PROFILE

• familiarity with the functions and capabilities of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the finance area.
• experience in implementing, migrating, and optimizing SAP systems, especially transitioning from earlier versions of SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA.
• deep understanding of financial processes such as accounting, asset management, financial consolidation, and financial reporting.
• experience in planning, coordinating, and driving large financial transformation projects.
• capability to analyze complex financial and technological problems and propose effective solutions.
• strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the project's vision and goals to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• ability to integrate SAP S/4HANA with other business systems and knowledge of supporting technologies, such as SAP Cloud Platform.
• preferably a higher education degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or management.
