Job Description

Senior HR Business Partners are responsible for aligning HR strategies and practices with business objectives, and partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness. They provide guidance on talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and other HR-related areas in collaboration with domain experts in these areas. Key responsibilities include analyzing workforce data, implementing strategic HR policies and programs, and supporting organizational change initiatives.

Sr. HR Business Partner is a leadership position; able to contribute to setting the strategy, providing direction for the business with the ability to influence at a senior level. Will act as a role model and influence other individuals inside and outside own professional family in behavior and professional development. A strong understanding of business principles, financial analysis, and industry dynamics to make informed decisions and deliver results. The capacity to analyze complex problems, develop innovative strategies, and provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

For this role, the gross annual starting base salary is [X] [currency] (full-time).
