They build strong relationships with external networks and resources. They play a critical role in attracting and acquiring top talent, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational objectives, and building a strong workforce. They collaborate with senior management to determine recruitment needs, including identifying skill gaps and future hiring requirements. They are accountable for creating a positive candidate experience and maintaining a strong employer reputation.

Leadership position; able to contribute to setting the strategy, providing direction for the business with the ability to influence at a senior level. Will act as a role model and influence other individuals inside and outside own professional family in behavior and professionaldevelopment. A strong understanding of business principles, financial analysis, and industry dynamics to make informed decisions and deliver results. The capacity to analyze complex problems, develop innovative strategies, and provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
