HR Business Partners are responsible for providing HR-related advice and support to managers and other stakeholders across the organization. They collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and programs to support managers and their teams. Key responsibilities include collaborating on workforce planning and analysis, implementing talent management strategies, and managing or supporting HR-related projects and initiatives.

Ability to lead and manage organizational change initiatives effectively. Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build consensus for decision-making.
