Talent Acquisition Partners attract and acquire top talent, align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives, and build a strong workforce. They collaborate with senior management to determine recruitment needs, including identifying skill gaps and future hiring requirements. They Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract and retain top talent including creating a positive candidate experience and maintaining a strong employer reputation.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Talent Acquisition Partners at Grade A are responsible for activities related to attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent to meet the recruitment needs of an organization. They work under the supervision of Talent Acquisition Leads to understand the company's hiring requirements and to support the development of effective recruitment strategies. They maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including candidate records, interview feedback, and other relevant recruitment metrics. They act as a single point of contact and are accountable for the end-to-end experience of their candidates.
