Talent Management SMEs design talent strategies and solutions with HR business leaders in alignment with the organizaitons talent strategy. They translate talent strategies into programs and processes to drive business talent objectives. They may drive organizationwide guidelines and improvements and they may lead parts of a global talent management community and drive alignment to common processes and policies.

Responsible for delivering projects and leading project teams/streams and building strong relationships with stakeholders, or are known for domain expertise.
