Your role

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications, third-party solutions, and external interfaces within the automotive ecosystem.
• Understand related IT and latest emerging technologies.
• Identify potential risks and issues during project execution, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Stay updated on SAP advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends within the automotive sector, and recommend enhancements to optimize SAP solutions and drive business value

Your profile

Role Overview

• 16-25 years of experience as a Solution Architect with strong experience in the Auto Industry domain and a strong project track record.
• 12+ years of Auto industry experience.
• 15+ years of SAP implementation experience, including knowledge of the Auto industry.
• Core SAP S/4HANA and Line-of-Business solutions relevant to the Auto Industry.
• Professional certifications – Any relevant SAP Certification / Process Validation Professional (CPVP).

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level.
• Experience working with global environments and diverse cultures.
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-view on various technologies.
• Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.
• Must be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%.
• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena.
• Be a positive, pragmatic, and flexible individual.
• Experience with agile ways of working.
• Professional certifications – Any relevant SAP Certification.
