Your role

As a SAP Finance & Controlling Lead with our team, you will be responsible for leading SAP S/4HANA migration projects, specializing in Finance and Controlling modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, map them to SAP solutions, and guide the implementation of best practices in FICO configurations.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading SAP S/4HANA migration projects, including brownfield and greenfield implementations, focusing on Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, COPA, and Material Ledger.
• Conducting workshops with business users to understand their requirements and deliver solution demos that meet business needs and align with SAP standards.
• Designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP FICO processes, including cost elements, profit centers, internal orders, and asset accounting.
• Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial planning and FIT/GAP analysis to successful cutover activities and post-go-live support.
• Integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules, particularly SD and MM, and managing data migration activities using tools such as LSMW and LTMC.
• Collaborating with business teams to ensure that SAP FICO solutions are aligned with organizational goals, driving business process improvements and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

Your profile

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules, including Material Ledger, COPA, Product Costing, and more.
• Proven experience leading S/4HANA migration projects, from planning and execution through to go-live, with at least two full project lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configurations, integration with other modules (SD, MM), and working with interfaces such as ALE and IDOCs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to conduct workshops, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and map them into effective SAP solutions that drive business efficiency.
• Familiarity with SAP FIORI applications, and the ability to improve user experience in FICO modules.
• Experience with data migration tools and managing integration projects across large-scale SAP landscapes.
