Define and drive the adoption of global Talent Acquisition (TA) standards and KPIs, ensuring local teams align with Group HR strategies

Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Group in your specific TA domain, providing strategic guidance and expertise

Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for a defined perimeter (SBU/GBL)

Supervise and coordinate a team of Process and Systems Excellence Specialists within your designated perimeter

You bring at least 15 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong grasp of global recruitment practices
- You are proficient in TA technologies, including ATS, CRM, and assessment tools; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage

Familiarity with change management and project management methodologies is a strong advantage, enabling effective support for cross-functional initiatives and process improvements

You are fluent in English and communicate effectively across diverse, international teams

You are highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, using them to analyze data and present insights clearly
