With expertise in commercial and contract management (CCM), you will leverage your skills in shaping and managing contracts to drive successful business outcomes. In bids you will be a key member of the team negotiating contracts that are manageable and profitable. In engagements you will work with the account team to ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions, and drive the growth and financial performance of the account. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and, with a deep understanding of Capgemini’s business, you will be help drive successful contracts.

Job Description

Their duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals
  • Leading a team of recruiters and providing them with guidance and support
  • Creating job descriptions and job advertisements to attract potential candidates
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Making job offers and negotiating salaries
  • Implementing new sourcing methods to attract candidates
  • Developing relationships with universities and other institutions to ensure a constant stream of potential candidates
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and adapting strategies accordingly
  • Maintaining records of recruitment metrics, like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
  • Ensuring the company’s recruitment process adheres to relevant laws and regulations
