YOUR TASKS
- Lead the transition activities and ensure that the new service is fully accepted into RUN
- Validate service scope and service measurement criteria, ensure that service levels are documented and that a contract summary is created
- Conduct quality gate reviews and undertake project audits as agreed
- Hold overall responsibility for budget, schedule and contractual deliverables
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
- Take part in bid process and influence transition solutioning together with solution analysts and architects
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 2 years of experience in a transition/project manager role or in an SME/Technical Manager role with experience in Transition
- Good understanding of transition/project management methodologies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders at different levels in the organization
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and in French
- Excellent personal organization and task management skills with ability to prioritize and to manage tasks simultaneously, often in complex environment
- Demonstrate high level of business maturity with bold and clear decision making and judgment
- Comfortable working without routine supervision
- Logical and analytical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
