In this role you will:
- Monitor compliance with TA process according to global standards and local specificities
- Implement on the local level globally approved TA tools and integrations, ensuring alignment with the Group strategies and standards and advising local teams on best practices in usage of the TA tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Learning and other
- Drive implementation of training framework for TA, Hiring Managers and Interviewers regarding TA best practices, processes, tools and manage key content, assure localization of content if needed and follow-up on the completion
- Drive continuous improvement agenda (identify opportunities within current process, recurring review of process and documentation, etc.)
- Assure formal requirements are met on a local level (Data Protection, compliance, security standards, etc.)
- Drive referral programs locally (align on policy, reports, process, communication).
- Drive functional relationship and track effectiveness of global vendors of tools, job boards, agencies, etc.
- Monitor data and metrics to assess effectiveness of the TA function
- Organize and curate internal knowledge repository to ensure accessible and up-to-date information for the teams
