According to their expertise (talent attractiveness, process and tools, campus activities...), Talent Acquisition specialist implement and monitor global and local Talent Acquistion plans .They ensure consistency in Talent Acquisition approaches​, accross all entities.Able support and guide the efficient and effective delivery of services to multiple stakeholder groups in specific domain area or funtion. Typically leads more than one project area or workstream. Produces additional value to the domain area outside of ones roles and responsibilities.
