Your future tasks:
- Develop and implement comprehensive network architectures, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based systems.
- Collaborate with senior management to define the network strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and products that enhance network performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Design and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware from external threats and vulnerabilities.
- Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), user manuals, diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead network-related projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively using project management methodologies.
- Oversee and manage the transition and transformation of data centers, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Plan and execute network environment migration projects, including moving from on-premises to cloud or hybrid environments, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
Our Requirements:
- Proficiency in network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- Familiarity with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Expertise in data center transitions, transformations, and network environment migrations.
- Proficiency in creating detailed network documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and user manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
