YOUR ROLE

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance the company's service offerings and customer satisfaction.

YOUR CLIENT

Our client is a global company specializing in technology distribution and supply chain services. They offer a wide range of products and services, including IT solutions, cloud services, and logistics support. The company collaborates with various technology vendors and resellers to help businesses manage their technology needs and improve operational efficiency. 
 

YOUR TASKS

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
• Develop and present business cases, project plans, and proposals to management
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and initial requirements
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to work as part of a team
