Job Description

Talent Acquisition Business Partners define the local Talent Acquisition strategy based on global guidelines and steer its execution. They collaborate with local business leads to determine the best levers to answer recruitment needs. They ensure consistency in Talent Acquisition approaches​ on their perimeter. They ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. They possibly manage Talent Acquisitions Advisors. They are accountable for the end-to-end experience of their candidates.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Responsible for delivering projects and leading project teamsorstreams and building strong relationships with stakeholders, or are known for domain expertise. Ability to lead and manage organizational change initiatives effectively. Capability to collaborate with cross functional teams and build consensus for decision making. Aptitude for analyzing complex situations, evaluating alternatives, and making sound decisions in a timely manner.

For this role, the gross annual starting base salary is 96'000 SEK (full-time). This covers base pay only; any bonuses, incentives, and benefits will be discussed later in the recruitment process. Candidates with additional experience or qualifications may receive a higher offer, determined by objective, gender-neutral criteria and consistent with our pay principles. If a collective labour agreement applies, we will explain the relevant pay terms at the interview stage. Note: We never ask for your current or previous salary during our hiring process.
