SAP BTP Integration Lead

At Capgemini, we are dedicated to helping businesses thrive by providing innovative solutions and expert consulting services. We are looking for a highly skilled SAP BTP Integration Lead to become a key member of our growing team.

Your role

- Drive modern integration solutions for our clients, primarily based on SAP BTP.
- Ensure that integration solutions meet company requirements and industry standards.
- Implement sustainable integration solutions within the BTP environment.
- Build relationships with your clients to help Capgemini become the go-to partner for SAP data integration.
- Plan and conduct workshops for integration architecture and identification of interface needs.
- Design, build, and test integrations and interfaces based on the latest SAP integration technologies (e.g OData, Event-based).
- Manages small-medium sized (global) integration teams.
- Travel may be required for this role, depending on business needs and client requirements.

Your profile

- At least 2 years of experience in modern SAP integration technology related to SAP BTP Integration Suite including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- At least 4 years of experience in delivering SAP integration solutions for on-premises and hybrid.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

Bonus Points If: 

- You have experience managing small teams in a global delivery model.
- You experience using SAP API Management and/or BTP Integration Suite B2B capabilities.
- You know SAP ABAP or other programming language.
- You know other integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, and Azure integration services.
