Job Description

Responsible for monitoring and callouts for PBPP auto incidents, Daily Health checks and PMP4 auto incident resolution for Server, DBA, Network, Storage Backup technologies in a P4x7 Data Centre Operations setup. Uses GenAI, machine learning and application monitoring to improve quality and time of incident resolution.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Management of client relationship - including regular meetings with clients, presenting status on SLAs met, incidents and service improvement actions. Also manages specific communication with client during P1 incidents. Responsible for undertaking the root cause analysis for incidents, analyzing review data from monitoring analyst teams and specialist teams, analyzing response, identifying and implementing any required improvements. Focus on use of GenAI, machine learning and application monitoring to increase efficiency. Overall management of the Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst team budget and staffing requirements. Providing expert guidance on Observability and playing a pivotal role in shaping the AIOps strategy
