Job Description

The Practice Head is responsible for the end-to-end management of their specific practice, encompassing portfolio and pre-sales, delivery excellence, and talent development. This role drives the practice's economic performance and growth while scaling data, automation, digital technologies, and AI to improve performance, transform ways of working, and strengthen client outcomes. Fostering innovation while ensuring appropriate governance and compliance, the role works with stakeholders applying business judgment, domain expertise and collaboration to create sustainable value and build future-ready capabilities. The role reports either to a Global Business Line Head or a Head of APPS depending on the Business Line archetype.
