They thus have a major role in defining the positioning and thus the understanding of its competitive universe. They also develop artistic concepts on various initiatives.

They have the ability to coordinate a team and drive a project forward. They can present and "sell" a project internally and to clients. They can contribute to the project costing and organization and are able to propose innovative approaches. They demonstrate ability to design, mastery in story-telling with the permanent willingness to take results to the next level. They start to supervise more junior profiles on small projects.
