Job Description

The Delivery Head is responsible for managing the respective engagement portfolio with a focus on complex engagements. They are responsible for engagement delivery performance balancing on productivity cost optimization and client satisfaction, and business and deliveryrisk management. They drive appropriate programs in their perimeter (e.g. delivery efficiency) and drive the development of the methods used in delivery. The Delivery Head is also responsible for ensuring that delivery operations run efficiently and according to the delivery related certifications and standards (e.g. ISO9001). The Delivery Head will be responsible for management of Delivery Risk and CM sign off for deal reviews.
