Operations Specialist (ERM)

Job Description

Provides business-focused procurement services – Subcontractor’s demand fulfillment and continuously strives to improve them. Participates in meeting service KPI’s executing diverse and time-sensitive activities, considering compliance, quality and efficiency of delivery.  Develops relationships with local Stakeholders. Provides support to other team members in resolving operational issues within own process expertise.

Role Overview Provides Subcontractors demand fulfillment service delivery as per scope to meet specific KPIs Delivers Subcontractors demands as per Supply Chain strategy e.g., rate card, negotiated rates Supports delivery of Procurement services into the Business Maintains a proactive working attitude towards the Business Stakeholders Cooperates with Suppliers to deliver Subcontractors as per agreed conditions Has knowledge of the stakeholder community within the work perimeter Manages relationships with Stakeholders Monitors process adherence across work perimeter and escalates concerns as needed Coordinatesorsupports junior professionals in following processes and problem solving Understands Procure to Pay P2P processes, focusing on External Subcontractors management Has knowledge about cross functional work Identifies, reports and participates in process improvements implementation General Responsibilities or Accountabilities Responsible for Subcontractors demand fulfillment Performs daily activities properly and timely in accordance with procedures and KPI targets Fulfills Subcontractors delivery as per agreed rate cards Negotiates final Subcontractors rate to deliver the best and most competitive candidate to the Business Responsible for a customer focused service towards the Stakeholders, reacting to client requests and queries in a timely fashion Responsive to local Stakeholders in solving day to day activities Supports junior professionals in day to day activities Demonstrates knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function Accountable for process compliance within the work perimeter Provides subject matter expertise to other team members as needed Proactively shares knowledge on Procure to Pay P2P and Service Delivery procedures with other service delivery team members Acts to overall procurement policies and processes Supports transformation projects activities Helps the team to achieve common goals Continually seeks out ways to improve Stakeholders satisfaction Continually strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes
