Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to approved timelines and budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Track project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of project management experience, including managing large-scale or complex projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
