Job Description

A Head Staffing Manager is responsible for leading a team of Staffing Managers within a Practice. They oversee staffing operations, workforce allocation activities, and staffing performance to ensure business demands are fulfilled efficiently and in alignment with Practice priorities. ResponsibilitiesHead Staffing Managers are responsible for managing and developing Staffing Managers, ensuring consistency and quality of staffing activities across the Practice. They oversee fulfillment performance, workforce utilization, staffing escalations, and delivery of agreed staffing objectives.They provide guidance and support on complex staffing decisions, monitor staffing KPIs, and ensure alignment between staffing activities and Practice business priorities. They supervise Tactical Workforce Planning activities within their Practice and collaborate with key stakeholders to address workforce risks, staffing challenges, and demand fulfillment gaps.Head Staffing Managers are accountable for driving operational excellence within staffing processes and for implementing GTD policies and operating model requirements within their area of responsibility.Implements AI to optimize the day-to-day operationsWho are they working withStaffing Managers, to provide leadership, guidance and oversight of staffing activitiesPractice Heads, to align staffing priorities with business objectives and workforce needsDemand Owners, to support fulfillment of staffing demands and address staffing challengesTalent Deployment Heads, to align on GTD priorities and manage escalations where requiredTactical Workforce Planners, to supervise workforce planning activities and align staffing actions with workforce plansOther Head Staffing Managers, to share best practices and support staffing collaboration across practices
