SAP FI Senior Consultant

YOUR ROLE

• As an SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors suite to meet the business needs of our clients, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client requirements, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful deployment and utilization of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or enhancements required.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and client-specific requirements.
• The role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, strong technical skills, and effective communication to deliver high-quality solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

•  Extensive experience (4+ years) in SAP SuccessFactors (different modules) implementation and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (different modules), HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors (different modules) certification is highly desirable.
• Availability to travel abroad.
