We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Capgemini. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and supporting our company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions across various departments and levels • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks • Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare interview panels, and collect feedback • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities using our Applicant Tracking System • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence in the talent market • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote Capgemini's employer brand • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the technology or consulting industry • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles in a fast-paced environment • Experience with social media recruiting and other innovative sourcing methods • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
