SOC Engineer - C

Job Description

SOC Engineers are responsible for maintaining our customers security tools and their configurations, usually involving the SIEM and/or SOAR systems. They are expected to have an understanding of cyber technologies such as endpoint solutions and cloud computing. They will also be involved in use case management, automation working collaboratively with the client and other stakeholders. SOC Engineers will have experience with SIEM and SOAR tools and have the ability to work in a fast paced technology environment. They are expected to have a good level of understanding of threat actors and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures and networking with relevant cyber security qualifications.

Working to develop automation, efficiencies and implement best practices based on their knowledge and experience. Collaborate with developers to integrate SIEM with other security tools and systems. Review and present client reports and drive continuous service improvement. Liaising with vendors to troubleshoot and implement security solutions
