Job Description

Engineering Architects provide insight, leadership and innovation in the design, evaluation, assurance, deployment and evolution of engineered products or systems: product or systems designed or adapted to interact with an anticipated operational environment to achieve one or more intended purposes while complying with applicable constraints. They apply science and mathematics to address one or more scopes and lifecycle stages, often specializing in particular disciplines or technologies (eg mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or application domains (eg aerospace, rail transport, medical devices).

Job Description - Grade Specific

Associate Architect - Assist in and support the creation of engineering and/or delivery solutions for a project or a significant part of a project. Gain experience, knowledge and practice the techniques to manage requirements, integrate part project solutions, understand the structures and management techniques and technical governance. Assist the lead architect and/or team to deliver the desired results / outcomes of the project, including leading the team(s) across multiple projects. Certification: preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 0 or 1, INCOSE and TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
