Job Description

Business Architects define and structure the business strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains and key business processes. They align goals and objectives with products, processes, services, partners and suppliers to optimise the enterprise organisation, its capabilities and initiatives. The key focus is on the e2e value delivery, the business operations and business motivations linking the enterprise networks together. ​ Business Architects define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across business domains, from strategy to execution. They model and create organisational value capabilities, structures and maps to optimise transformation and change, operational value delivery and a rationalised and sustainable IT.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Managing Business Architect Design, deliver and manage complete business architecture solutions. Demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community and show a passion for technology and business acumen. Work as a stream lead at CIOorCTO level for an internal or external client. Lead Capgemini operations relating to market development andoror service delivery excellence. Are seen as a role model in their local community. Certification: preferably Capgemini Architects certification level 2 or above, IAF and TOGAF 9 or equivalent.
