The ideal candidate brings over 25 years of experience in scaling high-impact talent strategies across diverse geographies and industries. This role demands a trusted advisor to executive leadership, capable of aligning talent initiatives with business goals to drive transformation, growth, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Leadership:
- Drive global talent acquisition strategy across APAC, enabling headcount growth and contributing in revenue growth.
- Partner with CTOs and business leaders to deliver scalable, future-ready talent solutions.
- Lead strategic workforce planning for high-growth portfolios, including banking and technology consulting.

Operational Excellence:
- Build and manage high-performing recruitment engines, contributed in headcount additions.
- Spearhead Build/Operate/Transfer (BOT) models, including resource ramp-up for a leading bank with revenue impact.

Talent Innovation & Transformation:
- Implement innovative models like Digital School to support rapid talent supply and capability building.
- Champion diversity hiring and professional development programs, including Capgemini’s “Power Ahead” initiative for women leaders.

Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead lean, agile staffing teams to deliver record-breaking allocation volumes.
- Mentor and coach teams across geographies, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
