As Quality Manager / Architect you identify where quality engineering and test technology can help the customer and help them build practical solutions based on this. You do test management on project level, create and implement test plans. You are the interface between client and the test team and you have good communication and people management skills.

You are a very experienced Quality Manager orArchitect with respect and influence on customers and colleagues. You work on the program level usually reporting directly to the steering group and are the person who plans the program QA and test strategy and supervise implementing it. You have experience with coaching, supervision of Test Professionals and various test methods and test organizations. You are very knowledgeable in quality engineering and different supporting technologies. In addition, you understand the big picture of testing and quality assurance and are able to innovatively improve clients processes and methods linked to your area of responsibility.
