Job Description

This role involves leading the staffing process for the Practice, working collaboratively to manage bench, staffing, rotation, skills, and planning to have people available in alignment with the business priorities. The role also involves the definition and monitoring of the training and upskilling plans for the team members, as well as supporting the career development of the team members.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Manage an engineering unit of ~150 engineers, specialized in a specific engineering discipline or field. Accountable for people, utilization, and economics of his/her unit, relying on key operations business partners. Animates people’s careers through senior engineers acting as ‘people managers’ for 5 to 10 other engineers.
