Job Description

The account manager is responsible for one or more accounts from small accounts to group and PACE accounts. The account manager has a thorough understanding of the issues strategy and organization. They build a 1 to 3 years strategy roadmap for the account. The account manager becomes a strategic partner and trusted advisor in developing the account shaping opportunities. They coordinate operations and ensure delivery quality.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Understands the client�s local/global strategy, is able to influence the client strategy with the Capgemini strategy and portfolio. Translates this in a rolling 3-year account plan. Understands the market and industry and positioning as industry expert. Is able to generate M�10 � M�50 deals. Local/global account, indicative responsibility between M�20 and M�50 yearly revenue.
