Your role

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leveraging your expertise in SAP's Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules, including Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management, to deliver impactful solutions for clients. You will manage the implementation and support of key FSCM modules, specifically focusing on Credit Management and Collections processes. As a consultant, you will engage in end-to-end implementations, working closely with business users, understanding their requirements, and providing solutions that meet organizational objectives.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Utilizing your deep knowledge of the FI-AR (Accounts Receivable) module to design and configure solutions that streamline financial processes.
  • Providing hands-on expertise in Credit Management, specifically with DCD functionality, and integrating third-party systems for credit scoring updates.
  • Leading the design and implementation of Collections Management strategies, including Promise to Pay and Resubmission processes, while utilizing Fiori tiles for user-friendly interface improvements.
  • Driving the design and optimization of Dispute Management workflows, ensuring smooth creation, justification, and write-offs of disputes.
  • Working collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams to write functional specifications, and ensuring the proper execution of RICEFW objects to meet client needs.
  • Managing integration with third-party systems and utilizing Fiori applications for an enhanced user experience in Collections, Credit, and Dispute Management modules.
  • Supporting S/4HANA migrations and adaptations, ensuring seamless transition from ECC systems, and aligning with best practices for FSCM.

Your profile

  • Expertise in SAP FSCM modules, with a deep focus on Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.
  • Hands-on experience with Fiori applications, as well as experience with third-party integrations related to FSCM modules.
  • Proven track record of involvement in at least one end-to-end implementation or two support projects within Collections, Dispute Management, or Credit Management.
  • Functional expertise in FI-AR, Banking, Lockbox, DMEE, and related SAP functionalities.
  • In-depth understanding of the credit check rules, scoring rules, credit limit configurations, and workflow processes within Credit Management.
  • Ability to design Collections Strategies and map data flows from AR to FSCM, optimizing collection strategies using Fiori and SAP tools.
  • Familiarity with Bank Communication Management (BCM) and an understanding of SAP integration methods such as ALE, IDOCs, and Fiori tiles.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in documentation, training, and collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ability to adapt to Agile methodologies and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
